TÓM TẮT :

Mở đầu: Sức khỏe tâm thần của người cao tuổi trước thách thức dân số già là một trong các nhóm bệnh lý hàng đầu làm tăng gánh nặng chi phí bệnh tật toàn cầu.

Mục tiêu:Khảo xác tỉ lệ các rối loạn tâm thần của người cao tuổi điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện tâm thần Tiền Giang.

Phương pháp: phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang, tại khoa điều trị nội trú Bệnh viện Tâm thần Tiền Giang, thời gian từ ngày 01/01/2019 đến 31/6/2019.

Kết quả: Độ tuổi trung bình nhóm bệnh nhân cao tuổi rối loạn tâm thần được khảo sát là 65,16 ± 5,171 tuổi. Độ tuổi 60 – 69 tuổi chiếm tỉ lệ cao nhất 85,71%, độ tuổi 70 – 79 tuổi chiếm 12,24% độ tuổi ≥ 80 chỉ chiếm 2,04%, bệnh nhân nam: 70,41% và 29,59% nữ.

Nhóm bệnh tâm thần phân liệt chiếm tỉ lệ cao 64,2%, nhóm bệnh trầm cảm chiếm 11,2%, nhóm rối loạn tâm thần do rượu chiếm 11,2%, rối loạn cảm xúc lưỡng cực chiếm 3%, nhóm bệnh rối loạn hoang tưởng 02%, nhóm rối loạn tâm thần cấp tính 02%, Bệnh động kinh 02%, nhóm rối loạn lo âu 01%. Nhóm loạn tâm thần thực thể (F06) 02% và nhóm sa sút trí tuệ 01% (F03).

Kết luận: Chiếm tỉ lệ cao người cao tuổi nhóm bệnh tâm thần phân liệt điều trị nội trú.

Study on mental disorders of elderly patient

 in the inpatient department at Tien Giang Mental Hospital

ABSTRACT :

Background: Mental health of the elderly challenge aging population is one of the leading medical groups increase the cost burden of disease worldwide.

Objectives: Investigate the rate of mental disorders of the elderly patient inpatient treatment at TienGiang Mental Hospital.

Methods: A cross-sectional study, at the Inpatient Department of the TienGiang Mental Hospital from January 01, 2019 to June 31, 2019.

Results: The average age group of elderly patients with mental disorders surveyed was 65.16 ± 5.171 years old. Age 60-69 years old accounted for the highest rate of 85.71%, ages 70-79 years old accounted for 12.24% of age ≥ 80 accounted for only 2.04%, male patients: 70.41% and 29.59 % female.

            Schizophrenia patients had a high prevalence 64.2%, depression 11.2%, alcohol-related mental disorders 11.2%, bipolar affective disorders 3%, paranoid disorders 02%, acute mental disorders 02%, epilepsy 02%, anxiety disorders 01%. Psychosis due to brain damage (F06) 02% and dementia 01% (F03).

Conclusions: A high percentage of elderly patient with schizophrenia patient group inpatient treatment.
