TÓM TẮT :
Mở đầu: Có nhiều nghiên cứu báo cáo tỉ lệ sang chấn tâm thần ở sinh viên y khoa với tỉ lệ rất cao, Nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm các yếu tố và tỉ lệ liên quan đến stress, lo âu và trầm cảm của sinh viên Trường cao đẳng y tế Tiền Giang.
Mục tiêu: Khảo sát tình trạng stress, lo âu và trầm cảm của sinh viên điều dưỡng Trường cao đẳng y tế Tiền Giang.
Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu được tiến hành theo phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang bằng thang đo lường mức độ Stress Lo âu Trầm cảm 21 (DASS – 21) ở những sinh viên điều dưỡng học năm thứ hai.
Kết quả: Sinh viên điều dưỡng cao đẳng bị rối loạn stress chiếm 10.42%, rối loạn lo âu chiếm 26.04% và trầm cảm chiếm 20.88%. Có sự khác biệt giữa các mức độ stress, lo âu và trầm cảm theo giới tính và học lực học tập. Không có sự khác biệt giữa các mức độ stress, lo âu và trầm cảm theo nơi sinh sống, áp lực học tập.
Kết luận: Nghiên cứu tìm thấy mối liên quan giữa tình trạng stress, lo âu và trầm cảm theo giới tính và học lực học tập. Các trường đại học cần xây dựng phòng tư vấn tâm lý và chăm sóc sức khỏe tâm thần cho sinh viên nhằm cải thiện công tác chăm sóc sức khỏe sinh viên tại trường.

Study related factors of stress, anxiety, depression

ABSTRACT :
Background: There are a number of studies reporting the prevalence of Psychiatric morbidity in medical students at very high rates. The study looked at factors and rates related to stress, anxiety, and depression among Tien Giang Medical College students.
Objectives: To survey the stress, anxiety and depression of nursing students at Tien Giang Medical College.
Methods: The study was conducted in a cross-sectional descriptive manner using the Scale of Depression 21 (DASS - 21) in second year nursing students.
Results: College nursing students suffering from stress disorder accounted for 10.42%, anxiety disorder accounted for 26.04% and depression accounted for 20.88%. There is no difference between stress levels, anxiety and depression by sex and academic learning. There is no difference between stress levels, anxiety and depression based on where you live, learning pressure.
Conclusions: The study finds a link between stress, anxiety and depression based on gender and academic learning. Universities need to build a mentoring and mental health clinic for students to improve student health care at the school.
